b. Camera and Image Data
The App may access the device camera to allow users to capture service-related images, such as before-and-after work photos. These images are used strictly for:

  • Operational verification

Camera access is activated only when the user initiates an image capture action and is never used in the background.

c. Storage Access
Storage access is required to temporarily store images captured or selected by the user before uploading them to secure servers. The App:

  • Does not scan, read, or access unrelated files or media
  • Accesses storage strictly for work-related images

d. OTP and Authentication Data
We collect phone numbers to send One-Time Passwords (OTPs) for secure login and authentication. OTPs:

  • Are used only for verification purposes
  • Are time-bound
  • Are not stored permanently after verification

This helps prevent unauthorized access.

e. Internet and Network Data
The App requires internet access to authenticate users, sync job details, upload images, and communicate with backend services. Network access is used solely for functional operation.

The App does not track, profile, or monitor users and does not collect precise location data.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect and use data strictly for legitimate operational, security, and compliance purposes.

a. Authentication and Authorization
User information is used to verify staff identity and ensure only authorized personnel can access the App and assigned tasks.

b. Task Assignment and Management
Collected information allows us to assign, manage, and track service tasks efficiently, ensuring accountability and operational accuracy.

c. Service Documentation
Images and task updates are used to document service activities, verify job completion, ensure service quality, and resolve operational issues if required.

d. Application Stability and Improvement

e. Service Quality and Compliance
Information may be used for internal audits, quality checks, and compliance verification in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.

3. OTP-Based Authentication

The App uses OTP-based authentication instead of passwords to enhance security and reduce the risk of account misuse.

5. Third-Party Services

1. Eligibility and Authorized Use

The App may be used only by individuals authorized by the Company, including employees, contractors, or service personnel. Use is limited strictly to professional and work-related purposes.

Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

2. User Accounts and Authentication

Access requires successful authentication, which may include OTP-based verification. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and preventing unauthorized access.

The Company may suspend or revoke access if misuse or security risks are identified.

3. App Features and Usage

a. Task Management
Users may view, manage, and complete assigned service tasks. Task updates must be accurate and timely.

b. Camera and Image Upload
The App may access the camera to capture service-related images for documentation and verification purposes. Uploaded images must be relevant and appropriate.

c. Internet Connectivity
Internet access is required for core App functionality. Users are responsible for maintaining connectivity while using the App.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Account Deletion and Data Removal – Neatify Staff App

We are committed to giving you control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and permanently remove your data from the Neatify Staff App, please follow the process outlined below.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

To initiate the deletion process, you must submit a request via email. Please ensure you follow these steps to verify your identity:

  • Subject Line: Please use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - [Your Name]"
  • Registered Email: The email must be sent from the registered email address associated with your Neatify Staff App account.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon verifying and processing your request, we will permanently delete the following data from our active databases:

  • Account profile details (including Name, Phone Number, and Staff ID)
  • Login credentials (Email and Password)
  • Service task history and operational logs

3. Data Retention for Legal Compliance

Please note that under applicable Indian laws, we may be required to retain certain service records or transactional data for a limited period strictly for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes. This retained data will be securely archived and will not be used for any other business or operational purposes.
